Introducing Tristyn Loehden, our dynamic and enthusiastic coach at CrossFit Initiative! Tristyn's CrossFit adventure began in 2012, all thanks to a spur-of-the-moment decision to try out a coupon. Little did she know, this would lead to a passion for fitness and coaching. Encouraged by a certain persuasive coach (whose name starts with S and ends with pa), Tristyn embraced coaching and hasn't looked back since. Spoiler alert: she loves it!

Tristyn's favorite movements at the gym include BMUs (Bar Muscle-Ups), HSW (Handstand Walks), and burpees. Any workout featuring these is her happy place! You can usually find her working out on Mondays at 9:30 AM, with a sporadic appearance at 5:30 AM, or sweating it out in her garage home gym.

Her coaching style? In three words: excited, carefree, and awesome DJ. Tristyn brings energy and fun to every session, making each workout an enjoyable experience.

Beyond the gym, Tristyn is a super mom to three little ones, a dedicated gardener, and an aspiring farmer. She juggles her roles with grace and enthusiasm, truly embodying the spirit of a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer.
