At CrossFit Initiative, we believe that everyone should know how to take care of themselves physically and mentally! We believe that through clean eating, exercise, and camaraderie people can achieve a much higher quality of life. We deeply enjoy facilitating this and helping our members find a new vigor for life!
In order to achieve this, we utilize a level-based fitness system. Our system breaks your fitness into 15 categories, such as upper body pulling, front squat, deadlift, etc... Within each of those 15 categories, there are 32 levels to move through. This objective approach to fitness gives every athlete an accurate snapshot of where their fitness is. Our daily workouts have 6 distinct levels that allow athletes at every level to get the safest, most effective workout possible every day they come to the gym! You should be doing the workout that is most appropriate for your current abilities. And that's what our system is designed to provide.
